You should put the emphasis on tasty. There are lots of easy recipes that aren't so tasty. But I do have one that is delicious and as easy as it can get. Chicken Enchilada Soup. Dump all cans into a large pot and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Tastes a lot like Frito Pie.
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of canned chicken rinsed and shreded
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can of black beans, rinsed
1 can of corn, rinsed
If you want it more like soup to eat with a spoon add 1 can of chicken broth.
We eat it like a dip. It makes tons, but the leftovers are just as good as when your first make it. I don't ever cook anything fancy, so I know you can do this. Just keep stirring it while it is simmering. Love ya!
