Back to the grind....

Were baaaack!!! Sorry it has been so long since the last blog. Our last couple of weeks have been kind of crazy! Most of you know that I have had a trrible time with the morning sickness and was really struggling with keeping food or drink down, well about three weeks ago Tuesday I started to get worse than ever, I threw up over 12 times and could not even kep water down. Brandon was busy all daying taking exams so I finally reached my sister who drove me to the Emergancy room at Castle Hospital, I arrived at about 7:30 and stayed in the emergancy room until about 2am. When I was finally admitted to the hospital. My Doctor decided that it would be best to keep me in the hospital for four days to try to reintroduce my tummy to liquids and foods. The first 24 hours I was only IV fluids and then I was on a liquid diet for the next three days and then they slowly introduced solid foods again, well thins did not get better right away and I ended up staying in the hospital for two weeks. The doctor suggest being on a home IV becuase I was having a hard time keeping the medicine down orally, but things got better when I went home and I have been only getting better since I have been home. I still feel sick pretty much all the time, but nothing compared to the way I was.....

On the upside of things I went to see my doctor today and he did another ultrasound and the doctor pointed out the the baby was resting his little hand on his knee, the doctor and I both got a kick out of it and he said he had never seen anything like that before.... I know it might not seem that exciting, but it really made my day..... what a smart little baby!!!

AND....

In three weeks we find out if I should start shopping for pink or blue clothes!!!! YEAH!

ONE MORE THING....

hence the title of this post.... I AM GOING BACK TO WORK!!!! I start monday.... I am a little nervous about the long drive, but am excited to get outta the house.... I have been going nuts!

HAPPY DAY! You're alive! I've been so worried not being able to reach you and worrying that I'd offended you with my barrage of anti-nauseas. PHEWWWWW. Sorry you had such a hard time and were in the hospital. I'm glad to hear that it's starting to go a little better than it was. I"M SOOOOO excited for you to find out what you're having! Once you feel it move around and start kicking you - nothing is better than that. I LOVE YOU.

Oh you poor thing! I am sorry you have been so sick. Hopefully you get feeling better soon. I know those days are hard, but I promise it is all worth it when you get to hold your sweet little baby in your arms. Nothing compares to that!!! What a fun experience at the ultrasound...those are the best!
