THere's something about Jane

I know I'm biased but Jane is such a cute little baby and maintains her babyness on a daily basis. All the other babies born in out ward that week (count 4) all weigh like 10 lbs while Janey is still in the 6 lbs region soaking wet. The little things that bring so much joy into our lives are:
- She is always doing things with her hands. I know she has no ideas how to control them because they flail around constantly which can cause problems when she sucking on her soothie because she's upset and she's upset because she knocks out her soothie (a vicious cycle I know) I usually will just have to be really close to put it back in her mouth every 30 seconds but when I'm busy I resort to what Ashley considers cruel methods debilitating her hands by pulling her pants up really high and sticking her hands inside on her legs, to name an example.
-Jane is loves to swing and would stay there all day if it weren't for our fear of giving her brain damage. (once again if she needs her soothie we have to swaddle her to keep her from making herself frustrated.
-Jane has increasingly made the most lady like little grunts in her sleep and while eating.
-Jane loves to wait till its quiet in church to pinch a loaf (which can last about 15 seconds straight without losing any intensity) this is also one of the few moments she combines smiley faces and grunting sounds.
-If she's upset and we're too tired to entertain her Jane is more than content to sleep on my chest.
-Tummy time has been a display of comedy as Jane gets tired from lifting her gargantuan noggin so she's kick with her legs and arms performing what they call in the professional wrestling world as the coffee grinder on her cheek. Eventually her feet won't slip and she'll manage to roll onto her side which is a great moment to fall asleep from the recent exertions on her body.
-She has also acquired a king fu death grip. The girl will latch onto things and not let go especially if its her face. So we constantly check her finger nails so she doesn't get lacerations all over her face.

We like other things too but that's enough for a post.

She is super adorable. James thinks the hands in the pants is a good Idea.

She really is the cutest teensy baby ever. And...pretty much that was the best dead kitty/Disney story ever! Thanks for sharing. And don't worry, Abby still bashes herself in the face/body with her out of control arms. At least its a good defense mechanism? If they ever come across a gang of bullies or something?
